Acceptance of these terms

By using this website and placing a booking you accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and — for rentals — our Rental Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

Ibiza Best Car offers luxury vehicle rental, yacht charter and VIP concierge services in Ibiza. Vehicle and service descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith; specific availability is confirmed during booking.

Bookings and contract

You provide your details and choose your dates through the booking flow. A booking is treated as confirmed once payment (where applicable) is successfully completed and you receive a booking reference and confirmation email. For services quoted on request (such as certain VIP and yacht services), your submission is a reservation request that our team will confirm and price.

Availability

Our booking system prevents a vehicle from being booked for dates that overlap an existing reservation. In the rare event that a confirmed payment cannot be honoured because the dates are no longer available, the payment is refunded in full automatically.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The amount charged is calculated by us at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and, where offered, by NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We never receive or store your full card details. A refundable security deposit may apply to vehicle rentals, as set out in the Rental Terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Because rentals and charters are provided for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Our cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to submit false booking or payment information;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content without our permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law, including your rights as a consumer.

Third-party links

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp for contact. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the Courts of Ibiza (Illes Balears), Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
